This video was produced for a new online food magazine we helped start called Savor San Diego. We chose Brian Malarkey (and his newest restaurant Burlap) as our first editorial piece because of how unique and creative he is both as a chef and a restauranteur. We were thrilled to have him agree to share his past, present and future with us, and even talk a little about being on “Top Chef”. Enjoy!
